7. Returns & Refunds

Fragrance products that have been opened, used, or unsealed
Products where the original seal or packaging has been broken

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence where requested.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (where applicable).

Our fragrances contain alcohol and fragrance compounds.
Patch testing prior to use is strongly recommended.
We do not accept liability for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
